Overview

Zscaler is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and business-oriented employment lawyer to provide advice and counsel to Zscaler’s EMEA People & Culture team on a diverse range of labor and employment matters.

In Short

• Provide pragmatic advice on EMEA employment matters.
• Collaborate with People & Culture teams for compliance with employment laws.
• Stay informed on evolving employment laws and recommend policy updates.
• Draft, review, and refine employment-related policies.
• Manage employment disputes and oversee litigation.
• Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience advising on employment matters across EMEA.
• Law degree and licensed to practice in the UK or common law jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of post-qualified employment law experience.
