In Short

• Investigate, gather knowledge, and prepare business analyses
• Conduct Discovery with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data and metrics they need to solve their business problems
• Propose your own analytical goals and observations that will drive the results of the company
• Create, manage, and maintain reporting dashboards in a BI tool
• Lead projects end-to-end from discovery to activation and post-launch in collaboration with a cross-functional team

Requirements

• Strong experience with BI platforms (Thoughtspot, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView)
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep understanding of business metrics and performance drivers
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams
• Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements
