Senior Data/ML Engineer - Remote

Overview

Zora is seeking a senior data/ML engineer to join the Discovery team, focusing on enhancing user experience through high-quality content recommendations.

In Short

• Design and build retrieval and ranking pipelines for discovery features.
• Define metrics and conduct A/B tests to evaluate performance.
• Maintain discovery surfaces for the API for internal and external use.
• Communicate updates and blockers to stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for incident response.
• Engage in RFC and code review processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building production data pipelines with ML.
• Proven ability to run experiments effectively.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Capability to write performant and maintainable code.
• Must be in EU or U.S. (ET) time zone.
