Overview

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead high-impact Sales & Marketing initiatives across our EU shops. You'll play a key role in shaping how discounts and promotions drive growth, optimize profitability, and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Passion for solving complex problems with structured thinking.
• Fluency in English; bonus for another European language.
