Overview

The Category Manager is responsible for defining and implementing a holistic annual category strategy, collaborating with various teams to influence strategies, and analyzing business KPIs to drive performance in the pet e-commerce sector.

• Define a holistic annual category strategy across key commercial dimensions
• Collaborate with Country/Cluster Head to align category strategy
• Work with central teams (VM, Marketing, CRM) to influence strategies
• Analyze business KPIs and plan corrective actions
• Adjust local prices on brand/product level
• Create a full-year promo plan and align with central promotion team
• Monitor campaign performance and budget spend
• Run promotions based on business needs
• Contribute to product sorting and recommendations
• Collaborate with Graphics and Shop OPS teams for category banners

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG/e-Commerce, preferably in the pet sector
• Strong commercial and technical skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of customer needs and market requirements
• Proficiency in English and native level of Czech
• Results-focused and hands-on approach
• High analytical and numerical competency
