In Short

  • Join a high-performing team focused on carbon-neutral cities.
  • Provide IT support for internal Zoomo team.
  • Perform L1 to L3 Support as required.
  • Configure and maintain Google Workspace and Okta policies.
  • Manage workloads in Azure and GCP.
  • Build and maintain backup processes for disaster recovery.
  • Handle applications and OS hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Develop WAN/LAN/WLAN network infrastructure.
  • Configure firewalls for network efficiency and security.
  • Set up SaaS systems alerts and security logs auditing.

Requirements

  • Experience as a System Administrator or L2/3 System Engineer.
  • Experience in Start-up / Scale-up environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage IT support tickets efficiently.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery processes.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Okta.
  • Understanding of Azure and GCP management.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
