Supply Chain Administrator - Remote

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you'll play a critical role in managing and executing commercial documentation processes to ensure the smooth international flow of components, parts, and complete e-bikes across our global network.

In Short

• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping and customs documentation.
• Align documents with Incoterms and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from manufacturers to regional hubs.
• Track and update shipment status in internal systems.
• Support customs broker processes and resolve document discrepancies.
• Ensure all e-bike components have correct HS codes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing systems of commercial documents.
• Work closely with Procurement, Local Ops, and Finance for document reconciliation.
• Assist in supplier onboarding from a documentation and compliance standpoint.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping and customs documentation.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
