Manager, Meeting & Tradeshow Planning - Remote

Overview

The Meeting and Tradeshow Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate meetings, industry conferences, and events. This role will manage the full event lifecycle — from strategic meeting management and budgeting to booth design, logistical planning, and onsite execution.

• Plan corporate sales meetings and customer events.
• Serve as primary onsite contact during events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and improvements.
• Travel up to 40-50% of the time.
• Strong computer skills required, especially in Microsoft Office and Cvent.

Requirements

• BA/BS required in relevant fields.
• 5-7+ years of experience in event planning and tradeshow management.
• Experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects.
• Experience with booth design and vendor relationships.
• CMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Cvent and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions under pressure.
