In Short

• Remote paralegal with experience in defamation, plaintiff's side employment and personal injury law.
• Part-time, 20 hours per month with potential for increase.
• Main point of contact with assigned clients.
• Consistent and proactive communication with clients and Account Supervisors.
• High-level professional service on tasks and projects as assigned.
• Ensure time is entered daily using a provided tool.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client profiles.
• Support includes drafting/revising pleadings and discovery support.
• Filing, e-filing, and proofreading documents.
• Calendar management and deadline tracking.

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal in relevant areas of law.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
