Overview

Zirous is seeking a Help Desk Engineer who is eager to work with a variety of technologies and to continue to develop their technical expertise while providing support to clients.

In Short

  • Serve clients with daily support of their technology environment.
  • Identify and perform proactive maintenance and updates.
  • Maintain ticketing system and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Triage incoming phone calls and create tickets.
  • Investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Create and update client documentation.
  • Set up and maintain network connectivity.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to users.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on strategy and implementation.
  • Travel to client offices as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in help desk or technical support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to learn and become a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model.
  • Experience with network connectivity issues.
  • Ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles.
