Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Product Designer at ZipRecruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of new products and features for our Job Seekers. You will be responsible for driving and managing design solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.

In Short

• Taking full UX ownership of multiple large-scale and complex product areas.
• Setting the vision for user experience and leading major design initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of designers.
• Establishing clear performance metrics and provide continuous feedback.
• Leading design reviews, workshops, and other team-wide design efforts.
• Partnering with User Research team members.
• Taking an iterative approach to design.
• Utilizing your expertise knowledge of Figma and FigJam.
• Driving the evolution of design systems.

Requirements

• Degree or ample experience in relevant design fields.
• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Experience managing teams and developing career growth plans.
• Extensive familiarity with product strategy and user research.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Experience creating complex prototypes using design tools.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work.
