In Short

  • Actively contribute to Zip’s sales efforts by supporting prospective customer-facing conversations.
  • Own responsibility for responding to customer asks, including demos and questionnaires.
  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver on sales objectives.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sale to onboarding with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and product.

Requirements

  • Strong solution selling skills to articulate the value of software solutions.
  • Excellent discovery skills for uncovering customer needs.
  • Knowledge of software integration principles.
  • Strong solutioning mindset for customer setup.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Self-starter able to grasp new technology quickly.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a solution selling environment.
