Underwriting Enablement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Underwriting Enablement Manager at Zillow Home Loans (ZHL) is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing underwriting organization by leading onboarding, delivering ongoing training and upskilling programs, and collaborating with underwriting leadership to enhance loan quality and risk management.

• Lead onboarding and training for underwriters and reviewers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting.
• Proven training or facilitation experience.
• Expert knowledge of agency and insurer guidelines.
• Proficiency in AUS and LOS tools.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in process and documentation excellence.
• FHA DE and/or VA LAPP/SAR credentials preferred.
• Background in collateral/appraisal analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management practices.
• Experience supporting distributed teams.
