  • Manage a book of 500+ accounts and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting.
  • Use structured discovery to uncover pain and decision criteria.
  • Partner across the customer lifecycle to minimize churn.
  • Maintain high CRM accuracy and use tools like Gong/Tableau.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and surface risk early.
  • Model ownership, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in a full cycle B2B sales role.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to travel 10 - 15% of the time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools.
  • Experience selling virtually & in-person.
  • Ability to carry a $1M+ annual quota.
  • Experience selling to Real Estate professionals.
