Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in learning content design.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate and Camtasia.
• Experience in creating instructional text and scripts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
