Overview

The Customer Success team plays a crucial role in achieving business objectives by managing the customer experience throughout their journey, assisting in product adoption, account expansion support, resolving dissatisfaction points, and retention efforts.

Requirements

  • Reside anywhere in Brazil (as regulated by CLT).
  • Experience in customer service or Customer Success.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
  • Good textual interpretation and production skills.
  • Empathetic with excellent teamwork skills.
