Overview

As a Senior Amazon Marketplaces Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing our presence on various marketplaces, responsible for strategic planning and operational execution of sales activities to maximize product growth and visibility.

In Short

• Support the operational management of our Amazon Marketplaces.
• Manage PPC advertising.
• Independently create and launch new products.
• Conduct keyword research and prepare SPQR reports.
• Maintain and optimize existing products focusing on conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain internal process documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyze relevant KPIs.
• Assist in content creation (no design required).
• Collaborate with freelancers and team leads on PPC management.
• Ensure account health, handle cases, and proactively manage risks.
• Strategically develop the Amazon account, including new strategies to enhance product performance.

Requirements

• Experience in Amazon Marketplace marketing and account management.
• Comprehensive marketing understanding with the ability to implement data-driven strategies.
• Strategic marketing knowledge to develop innovative approaches for product marketing and customer retention.
• Deep knowledge of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and deriving concrete optimization measures.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious work style with high accountability.
• Proficient in MS Office, Amazon tools, and relevant analytics platforms.
• Good English skills for collaboration with international teams and freelancers.
• Initial experience in dietary supplements or FMCG is a big plus.
