Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager SEA, you will be the operational engine of our Google Ads account, significantly contributing to the growth of NATURTREU through precise management, continuous optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for performance improvements.
• Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to achieve ROAS goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends.
• Ensure high data quality through rigorous account hygiene.
• Identify optimization potentials to lower CPCs and enhance campaign efficiency.
• Create insightful reports and analyses to highlight optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Paid Social and Creative Strategy teams.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the SEA strategy.
• Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Experience in E-Commerce or D2C environments preferred.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of operational experience in Performance Marketing focused on SEA and Google Ads.
• Experience with Demand Gen, YouTube Ads, and/or Meta Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical understanding and data-driven decision making.
• Structured, diligent, and detail-oriented in account setup.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Experience in FMCG or Health/Nutrition sectors is ideal.
