As a Finance Manager at Zenjob, you will be responsible for the preparatory accounts receivable accounting and act as the central contact for all receivable processes, supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

In Short

Support ongoing processes in accounts receivable accounting, including creating outgoing invoices and recording incoming payments.
Conduct receivables management.
Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable master data.
Be the contact person for receivable processes, both internally and externally, and develop them as needed.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accounts receivable accounting.

Requirements

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
1-2 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with initial experience in receivables management.
Initial experience with accounting software (e.g., DATEV, SAP) and proficient use of MS Office.
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and a numerical affinity.
Structured working style, initiative, and strong self-organization skills.
