Air Operations and Pricing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Air Operations and Pricing Specialist is responsible for the service delivery of import and export air freight shipments originating from China and the wider APAC region. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a first-class service for every customer with air requirements.

• Coordinate booking, collection, and loading of shipments.
• Work with suppliers to ensure cargo readiness.
• Maintain low origin dwell times within China and APAC.
• Manage daily ad-hoc pricing requests.
• Liaise with airlines for rate negotiation.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a top freight forwarding company.
• Experience with air freight pricing and market trends.
• Customer-focused problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with large data sets.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Experience in a start-up or SME is desirable.
