Operations Coordinator (Solar) - Remote

Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling solar customers’ aerial inspections, responsible for daily site preparation and inspection coordination while managing efficiency in sales operations processes.

In Short

• Onboard client information and be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints.
• Develop and lead initiatives to improve scheduling processes and streamline communications.
• Maintain awareness of the pipeline for your assigned verticals.
• Solve problems in real-time and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Understand Zeitview’s software platforms.
• Identify gaps in processes and report to your Operations Manager.
• Provide ad-hoc support to pilots and customers for inquiries.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively.
• Interest in technology and drone space, UAV knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite, and Slack.
• High degree of accountability and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
