Data Modeler - Remote

Overview

The Data Modeler will develop and maintain the client’s enterprise-wide view of data, analyzing information requirements and designing data structures to support those needs.

In Short

• Data analyst/data modeler with experience in data modeling techniques.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio preferred.
• Understanding of CRM, Finance, HR, and Risk enterprise level data models preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors preferred.
• Comfortable working in a global environment with flexible scheduling.
• Possible travel to New Jersey based office may be required.
• Participate in strategic planning regarding data needs.
• Provide logical/physical modeling and design services.
• Collaborate with team members on data management practices.
• Develop and maintain data models and data management standards.

Requirements

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical design specifications.
• Experience with at least one RDBMS.
• Strong Business Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Structures (Zachman/TOGAF).
• Industry vertical experience is essential.
• Project Solution experience is desired.
• Exposure to Project Management.
• Experience with Modeling Packages.
• Ability to develop technical design documents and test case documents.
