• Manage an enterprise data model integrating clinical data from various sources.
• Author and maintain entity-relationship diagrams and data documentation.
• Implement solutions for transforming source data to a common data model.
• Collaborate with clinicians and data scientists on feature definitions.
• Monitor data quality with traceability to source systems.
• Evaluate source system data models and data completeness.
• Advocate for data modeling best practices within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Domain knowledge in healthcare and informatics data.
• Experience with various data modeling techniques.
• Exceptional SQL skills in an enterprise data warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and BI architectures.
• Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin or Lucidchart.
