Electrical Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturing feasibility, and collaborating with clients and teams to execute projects effectively.

• Strong experience with Xpedition, Allegro, and Altium CAD tools.
• Proficient in Teamcenter PLM system.
• Solid understanding of PCB layout design fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of BoM creation and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed multi-layer PCB layout.
• Strong knowledge of HDI PCB layouts and related technologies.
• Understanding of signal integrity and thermal management concepts.
• PCB Footprint creation as per IPC Standards.
• Highly self-motivated with strong time-management skills.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with PCB CAD tools and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of technical documentation best practices.
• Prior experience in a regulated industry is an advantage.
