Overview

As an Account Manager at Zeal, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships that drive client success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and produce reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
  • Presentation skills for training sessions and client reviews.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and tools like Freshdesk and Excel preferred.
  • A driven attitude focused on client retention and satisfaction.
