Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with proven impact
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models
• Experience with evaluation & retrieval systems for LLMs
• Strong hands-on contribution and execution skills
• Ability to separate signal from hype in AI development
• Skilled communicator with cross-functional problem-solving abilities
• Experience designing systems in complex environments
• AI power user with a proactive approach to technology
