Overview

We are looking for an Ad Tech and Platform Manager to join our Marketing Technology team and help power the digital performance of our leading retail brands.

In Short

• Monitor and maintain the health and integrity of paid media tracking.
• Ensure accurate signal flow between ad platforms and websites.
• Proactively detect and resolve issues related to tracking.
• Maintain documentation for platform configurations and signal validation.
• Coordinate with tag implementation leads for updates and fixes.
• Stay updated with platform changes and guide necessary adaptations.
• Support testing and evaluation of new digital media channels.
• Ensure compliance with privacy standards and consent frameworks.
• Provide expertise in digital media signal quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign readiness.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in ad tech or digital marketing operations.
• Strong familiarity with major ad platforms and tagging infrastructure.
• Understanding of omnichannel and ecommerce tracking challenges.
• Experience with tag management systems and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of attribution and consent frameworks.
• Detail-oriented and organized in documenting digital configurations.
