Overview

The Z83 AG is seeking a CFO & Mandate Manager for digital SMEs and startups, responsible for guiding clients in financial matters and leading various finance-related projects.

In Short

• Responsible for client mandates both professionally and personally.
• Act as an external CFO for SMEs and startups.
• Lead projects in finance/governance contexts like ESOP implementation and process optimizations.
• Manage clients including annual financial statements and tax declarations.
• Split between project management and mandate management approximately 50/50.
• Provide technical leadership to colleagues.

Requirements

• Solid financial education (degree, WP, STEX, etc.) and several years of practical experience.
• Secure in closing according to OR (Swiss GAAP FER is a plus).
• Strong digital competence.
• Personality with leadership qualities and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
