Overview

As a Trust & Safety Specialist at Yubo, you will be responsible for ensuring user safety on the platform by investigating incidents, applying guidelines, and improving operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in safety or moderation.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
• Understanding of social networks and pop culture.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt and work in a team.
• Social intelligence to understand diverse backgrounds.
