Overview

As a Trust & Safety Specialist at Yubo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe online environment for users, especially focusing on the safety of Gen Z interactions. You will develop expertise in online abuse, investigate incidents, and work on improving user policies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in safety or moderation.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Understanding of social networks and Gen Z culture.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a team environment.
• Social intelligence to understand diverse backgrounds.
