Overview

The Business Network Director (BND) is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and enhancing member engagement within the Business Network, working closely with senior leadership and members to provide unique solutions and manage network opportunities.

In Short

• Strategic advisor to the Network Chair and Board.
• Develop and execute global strategies for member engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in account management or strategy roles.
• Experience with C-level executives and Boards.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Experience in membership organizations or events.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certifications in management or project management are a plus.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-25% of the time.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in global learning programs preferred.
