Associate Specialist, Concierge Services - Remote

Overview

In the Specialist, Concierge Services role, you’ll interface with our entire Enterprise product suite while providing personalized, consultative, and technical support. This role is remote and includes a comprehensive training program.

In Short

• Provide “White Glove” support to clients.
• Troubleshoot platform and client-specific inquiries.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or similar education.
• Interest in Customer Success in the SAAS space.
• Customer-facing experience desired.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability.
