Overview

Yext is the leading digital presence platform for multi-location brands, with thousands of customers worldwide. This role will be part of the Hearsay team, now an integral part of Yext, focusing on delivering actionable business insights through data analysis.

In Short

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand client needs.
• Analyze large reports to extract actionable insights.
• Drive data-backed stories for customer and company conclusions.
• Identify customer trends on social media effectiveness.
• Work with internal data to improve processes and products.
• Provide feedback to the Product team on data needs.
• Collaborate on data projects to enhance customer ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a data-centric role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Skilled in MS PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Advanced knowledge of Looker or similar tools.
• SQL skills are a plus.
