  • Work with tools like Kaseya, Freshdesk, and Meraki.
  • 5 years of technical support experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Comfortable dealing with urgent client needs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of recent technical support experience.
  • Clear communicator with English fluency.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 11 and Windows Server.
  • Experience in network administration.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Azure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for technology and quick learning.
  • Commitment to efficient client service.
