Overview

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented B2B marketing professional to join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist - NOLA. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing presence and strategy in Mexico and other countries within the region, aligning with global and local business objectives to fuel growth in the region.

In Short

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for NOLA (primarily Mexico).
• Organize and execute local events to drive demand generation.
• Lead the ABM strategy for key accounts in the region.
• Support GTM strategies for new territories.
• Ensure Yalo’s brand is well-positioned in the local market.
• Manage local PR and media strategies.
• Work closely with other marketing teams for alignment.
• Oversee the marketing budget for Mexico.
• Support local implementation of new products.
• Stay informed on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing.
• Ability to design marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican market.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Basic understanding of tech products.
• Basic knowledge of content and event design.
• Positive, results-driven attitude.
• Must reside in Mexico, preferably in Mexico City.
