LifeBridge Surrogacy is a women-led surrogacy agency based in California with a national reach, known for its ethical approach, compassionate care, and commitment to both surrogates and intended parents. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced and passionate recruiters to join our professional network.

In Short

• Identify and attract potential surrogates in the U.S.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess eligibility based on medical and legal requirements.
• Maintain tracking and records of each candidate until their signing.
• Support candidates with empathy during the early stages of the process.
• Collaborate with the internal team and develop your own network of sub-agents if desired.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surrogacy recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with mothers.
• Experience with CRM, intake, medical forms, or basic knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
• Fluent in English; native or advanced Spanish.
• Highly organized and proactive.
