Actuation Integrator - Remote

Overview

XTI Aerospace is seeking an experienced Actuation Integrator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and seamless integration of actuation systems into our next-generation aircraft, including our flagship TriFan 600.

In Short

• Design, develop, and integrate actuation systems for aerospace applications.
• Ensure actuation components interface effectively with flight control and avionics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on actuation system integration.
• Develop and execute integration test plans to verify performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for actuation systems.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements in actuation systems.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integration challenges.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and industry standards.
• Analyze test data and resolve integration issues through design improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in actuation system integration within aerospace.
• Experience with hydraulic, electric, or electro-mechanical actuation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
