Overview

Join our Corporate team as an Order to Cash (O2C) Assistant Manager to make a real impact every day, leading global O2C operations and ensuring smooth execution of the order to cash cycle.

In Short

  • Lead the O2C team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Train on the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and assist in implementation.
  • Report on KPIs and SLAs for operational efficiency.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to policies.
  • Proactively solve problems and avoid risks.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency environments.
  • Experience in project management or process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills and positive team contributions.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues independently.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Proven experience managing O2C operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
