Finance Systems Manager - 12 Month FTC - Remote

Overview

The Finance Systems Manager will play a key role in managing and optimizing the financial systems that keep Xplor's global business running.

In Short

• Manage ERP systems, primarily NetSuite, and legacy systems from acquisitions.
• Optimize integrations between finance and non-finance systems.
• Investigate and resolve system issues with stakeholders.
• Mentor and train finance teams on system best practices.
• Drive process improvements and document enhancements.
• Support internal controls and consistent processes across the business.
• Oversee ERP implementation for acquired entities.
• Manage and support an internal System Administrator.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and operations.
• Post-qualified accounting experience (CIMA/ACA preferred).
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and administration, especially NetSuite.
• Experience in a global business environment.
• Preferred experience in public accounting firms.
• Collaborative leadership skills to mentor and influence teams.
