Overview

The Manager, Finance Systems & Program Delivery is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s financial technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

• Own and implement the finance systems roadmap.
• Lead system optimization and integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Expert knowledge of accounting processes.
• Strong experience with NetSuite or equivalent.
• Proven track record in finance systems leadership.
