Finance Manager - FTC 14 Months - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager at Xplor will oversee month-end processes, financial analysis, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting while managing a team of junior members.

In Short

• Manage month-end processes including accruals and revenue.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Oversee client liability reconciliations.
• Work with FP&A to analyze financial performance.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements for local filing.
• Manage external/internal audit requests.
• Review indirect tax returns and reconciliations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with compliance for regulatory reporting.
• Support the tax department with technical analysis.

Requirements

• Fully qualified AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar.
• Experience in managing external audits.
• Strong analytical skills and controls bias.
• Experience in preparing statutory accounts.
• Ability to perform complex reconciliations.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
