Overview

The Structured Products B2C Desk is part of the Variable Income Desk, responsible for managing, distributing, and promoting Treasury products to the end customer of XP's headquarters, focusing on derivatives across all asset classes.

In Short

• Intense contact with pricing and structuring operations with Derivatives.
• Development of distribution strategies in the direct channel, supporting operators, advisors, and end customers.
• Commercial intensity with operators, advisors, and end customers.
• Monitoring of operation stock and qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Macroeconomics.
• Consolidated experience in Derivatives.
• Commercial development skills.
