Overview

We are currently seeking a Structured Products Attorney for a leading financial institution.

In Short

• Provide deal support on structured finance and/or securitization transactions.
• Structure and negotiate deal documentation for various financial products.
• Coordinate with internal business team leaders on legal and regulatory matters.
• Maintain deal documentation and manage external counsel.
• 6+ years of experience in relevant financial law.
• Hands-on experience with ABS, CLOs, derivatives, and more.
• Experience ensuring compliance while managing deal flow.
• Competitive compensation starting at $165,000.
