Overview

Per Scholas is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in setting up and managing the classroom infrastructure across our nationwide network of training centers.

In Short

• Design, implement, and manage classroom infrastructure.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams for technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Manage network connectivity and ensure reliable internet access.
• Provide technical support and training to instructors and students.
• Create documentation for new platforms and processes.
• Manage SaaS applications like AWS and Azure.
• Participate in staff meetings and monitor data in Salesforce.
• Stay current with technology trends.
• Support campus infrastructure, both cloud and local.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and managing classroom infrastructure.
• Proficiency in network configuration and security protocols.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, VMware).
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Continuous upskilling and maintaining industry certifications.
• Graduate of a Per Scholas Training Program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Experience in an educational or non-profit environment preferred.
