The Sustaining Project Manager will oversee sustaining projects for switch-mode power supply products, ensuring effective prioritization, planning, and execution while collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Manage sustaining projects for power supply products.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and revenue impact.
• Update requestors on engineering progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing to identify material shortages.
• Engage stakeholders for approvals and clarifications in ECR/ECO process.
• Track change management processes and ensure timely implementations.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
• Utilize ERP/PLM systems for material and document management.
• Leverage CAD tools and programming skills for project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent.
• 3+ years in engineering project management.
• Competent in engineering execution and processes.
• Experienced with ERP/PLM systems.
• Good understanding of electronics manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to communicate with data analysts.
• English proficiency; Mandarin & Vietnamese are a plus.
• Experience with CAD tools like Altium, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
