Project Manager in Sustainability - Remote

Overview

Keyrus is looking for a Project Manager in Sustainability. The ideal candidate embodies technical prowess in Manufacturing, R&D, or Regulation, coupled with a fervent commitment to making every piece of data matter.

In Short

• Lead and deliver cross-functional, end-to-end projects aligned with company innovation goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce product waste and introduce eco-friendly packaging solutions.
• Define and execute project strategies in collaboration with functional partners.
• Manage all critical aspects of project delivery: scope, timelines, risk management, budget, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate kick-offs, workshops, and regular meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
• Structure team discussions, enabling timely decision-making.
• Represent project teams in global/regional governance and portfolio reviews.
• Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders and maintain project KPIs and reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in Project and Portfolio Management Systems.
• Conduct post-project reviews, driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within innovation or consumer business sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of innovation processes and related functions.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and applying agile methodologies or lean start-up approaches.
• Preferred background in Manufacturing, R&D, or Regulatory functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sustainable growth and innovation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
