Project Management Officer (PMO) - Cloud Migration - Remote

Overview

Keyrus is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a large-scale Move to Cloud initiative, aiming to migrate local, on-premise, and country-hosted applications to the Azure Cloud Landing Zone as part of a global infrastructure modernization program.

In Short

• Oversee and coordinate the global cloud migration initiative across multiple regions and teams.
• Drive planning and scheduling of activities across phases of the program.
• Coordinate international and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and cultures.
• Lead and participate in regular follow-up meetings, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Define and monitor key KPIs related to program advancement, risk, and delivery.
• Support technical meetings and workshops; basic understanding of Azure Cloud is a plus.
• Consolidate reports and provide status updates to senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Assist in cost tracking, budget follow-up, and vendor coordination as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager in large, complex, international programs.
• Experience in IT infrastructure or cloud transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge in Azure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong experience in project planning, follow-up, and KPI tracking.
• Experience working with cross-border teams and multicultural environments.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions, especially in cloud/infra topics.
• Fluent in French.
• Fluent in English.
• Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
