• Support the Sourcing & Placement team with data-driven recommendations and decision models.
• Identify improvement opportunities in sourcing and placement strategies.
• Work at the intersection of analytics, operations, and strategy.
• Turn data into clear, actionable proposals.
• Build and maintain dashboards to improve decision-making.
• Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate new features and process changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on insights and actions.
• Analyze workload and efficiency versus demand.
• Define success metrics and monitoring checks.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or similar domains.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and core data libraries.
• Solid understanding of statistics and driver/factor analysis.
• Good understanding of relational database principles.
• Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with pricing or revenue analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with experimentation methods (A/B testing).
• Knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes is desirable.
