• We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our data analytics Domain teams.
• This position is a full-time job.
• Involves creating and sharing data-related knowledge.
• Providing BI tools to stakeholders and analytics to management.
• Drive business development and process optimization.
• Support strategic and tactical decision-making through data analysis.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker.
• Collaborate with the data warehouse team.
• Participate in AI initiatives.
• Work in a Russian-speaking team of distributed data analysts.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years as an analyst or data scientist.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Strong business and product acumen.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting.
• English (B2+) and Russian (B2+) language skills required.
