• Own regional marketing initiatives for DACH, building awareness and driving acquisition.
• Build, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Manage and report on regional marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Develop engaging marketing materials in German.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate qualified leads.
• Organize and promote webinars and industry events.
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
• Own regional performance metrics and report on campaign efficiency.
• Work with high-impact channels designed to generate demand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing.
• Proven success in full-funnel campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Strong copywriting and localization skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Curiosity or background in manufacturing is a plus.
